This article is a good reminder of what we have seen dealing with our elections the past few cycles. Now, without our voting laws, it will be interesting to see the trends fold out in important swing states.
A bit misleading title. New rules making it easier for warrants to be assigned when they cannot figure out where your computer is. I'm only starting to get my boots wet with networking/ computers, but it seems like the mention of access from malware bots was probable cause to take your data? That was the odd and scary part.

I am not well versed in property rights laws, but this seems messed up. Sure it is an anomaly of a situation, but why not do it 60 years ago when you expressed interest? They probably could not until recent changes.

Couldn't find any reading about their processes in the courts, even though this battle has been going on for quite some time.

After changing its story many times, the US now admits that it intentionally threw bombs, for more than an hour, at the now famous Doctors Without Borders hospital, proving accurate the assessment of DWB staffer Meinie Nicolai, who said the US attack was “a premeditated massacre.”

Reasoning: doctors were treating people indiscriminately. Investigators were in the tank, so they were doing their job, right?

Seems to be something going on, this being the 14th time it has happened in the area. I wish I could find info on the latest and largest DDoS attack on the US a month or so ago. Seems like it still hasn't been reported on.

So they basically use the same idea the west does. Not much detail in what goes on, or even a list of attendees, but does well to compare some aspects of China to US.
